Questa parte del corso è composta di otto moduli che sviluppano le capacità imprenditoriali e il senso degli affari con argomenti che vanno da come individuare le opportunità, come ondurre iniziative strategiche, come imparare e migliorare dall'esperienza.

Modulo1

Individuare le opportunità

Il presente modulo ha lo scopo di incoraggiare gli artisti a riconoscere le opportunità a livello locale e nazionale e a sviluppare la fiducia in sé stessi per avvicinarsi alle persone influenti che possano fornire opportunità.

Modulo 2

Sviluppare idee creative

Il presente modulo ha lo scopo di consentire all’artista performativo di pensare in modo creativo mettendolo così in condizione di poter sviluppare ulteriormente le opportunità che gli si presentano.

Modulo 3

MANTENERE MOTIVAZIONE E FOCUS

Scopo del presente modulo è fornire agli artisti performativi le tecniche per impegnarsi e concentrarsi nel perseguire la loro passione professionale e creare valore per sé stessi e gli altri anche quando si affrontano battute d'arresto.

Module 4

"Financial and Economic Fundamentals"

The purpose of this module is to provide performing artists with approaches to find funding options and elaborate and manage a financially sustainable budget for their value-creating activities.

Module 5

"Inspiring & Engaging Others"

The purpose of this module is to encourage performing artists to ask for and rely on the support of their networks to promote their work.

Module 6

"Leading strategical Initiatives"

The purpose of this module is to provide performing artists with methodologies to look for opportunities or to come up with ideas and take the initiative to add or create value in activities that both respond to communities’ needs and fulfil learners’ artistic goals.

Module 7

"How to Collaborate with Others"

The purpose of this module is to recognise the varies networks and agencies that are available to performing artists and understand the importance of collaborating with others to grow in their career.

Module 8

"Learning & Improving from Experience"

The purpose of this module is to provide performing artists with processes that can help them recognise, reflect, and judge achievements and failures building on their previous experiences and interactions with others so they can improve their abilities.
